They are obtained from essential oils placed in large-capacity distillation columns. The constituent(s) thus separated then undergo several operations to produce pure isolates.<\/p>\n<p>Our SGP3 site notably includes three Sulzer distillation columns, with boilers with a capacity of 3000 liters. These columns stand out for their diameter and the height of their BX type packing: 14 meters, a technological achievement in the field of essential oil fractionation. To preserve production from<br \/>\nthermal degradation, distillation is performed at a reduced temperature, in an environment maintained under partial vacuum by falling film exchanger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/colonnes-distillation-societe-grassoise-de-parfumerie-sgp3.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Essentail oil derivates<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>An essential oil isolate can be modified by adding hydrogen atoms, carbon atoms, etc. This<br \/>\nprocess is called hemisynthesis.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe essential oil derivative obtained using this process is characterized by properties different<br \/>\nfrom those of the isolate used, in terms of smell or aroma. We have traditional stainless steel reactors, as well as vitrified De Dietrich reactors for acidic reactions. Our vacuum fractionation columns also contribute to the production of the highest quality<br \/>\nessential oil derivatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/reacteur-production-societe-grassoise-de-parfumerie.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/appareils-de-distillation-societe-grassoise-de-parfumerie.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Improved molecules<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Before being used as a raw material, a molecule may require improvement, whether for<br \/>\npurification, decolorization, or deodorization. The technique consists of molecular distillation. It requires perfect mastery of devices using cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n<p>\nMolecular distillation is one of the skills of Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Grassoise de Parfumerie&nbsp;: we have two UIC<br \/>\nmolecular distillation devices, one for productions in small quantities, the other for industrial quantity<br \/>\nproductions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/respect-environnement-societe-grassoise-de-parfumerie.jpg\" alt=\"Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 grassoise de Parfumerie - Expertise cr\u00e9ation\"><\/p>\n<h2>Respect for the environment as a guiding principle.<\/h2>\n<div>The founder and leader of <strong>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Grassoise de Parfumerie<\/strong>, Andr\u00e9 Truchi&#8217;s attachment to <strong>the<br \/>\nexceptional Grasse region, between sea and mountain<\/strong>, has anchored <strong>respect for the environment as a<br \/>\nguiding principle of the company<\/strong> since its foundation in 1973.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p> We strive to be exemplary in terms of <strong>respecting standards and reusing valuable remnants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Chemical waters from reactions are checked daily. They undergo extensive treatment to comply<br \/>\nwith particularly demanding standards when sent into the industrial water network. Effluents that cannot be handled by the industrial water network are collected in stainless steel tanks and managed by<br \/>\napproved organizations which then entrust them to approved destruction centers.<\/p>\n<p>Our distillation columns&#8217; high fractionation capacity allows us to sort and reuse almost absolutely everything that is valuable.
